I meant Peter he was working on my neighbors house here in North Austin he is a local guy that does work in Austin and San Antonio. And also Florida. He inspected my property. A day after the hail storm happened, and heâ s already got the insurance to approve the claim. There had to be 30 people knock on my door, Iâ ve been building houses for many years and dealing with all kind of subcontractors I could tell right away how professional Peter was, and how good he was with helping me with my claim I look at it like this the insurance is going to try to pay you bare minimum you might as well choose a contractor and let them try to get the money that they need . Peter was able to give me money for stuff. I thought I would never get it approved. I just want to say that heâ s very professional answers his phone at any time and even emails me back right away. A lot of people came out and did not get back with me from the experience I have with dealing with construction in different companies , I definitely went the right route going with Peter With of ALE roofing . Another thing to take in fact, some of these other places that Peter has worked in have way stricter codes than the local Austin area. He installs everything to Miami day code. No other contractor told me that when they were trying to sell me a roof a lot of these sales people are just sales people and they will be gone. Peter was here before the storm and he will be here after the storm, I give ALE roofing a 12 out of 10 if they had more stars I would pick them Youâ re in good hands with Ale roofing . . another thing I must point out is Peter is actually the owner of the company out here so you donâ t have to go through no loops. His crew was extremely professional. He prides his self in OSHA standards and safety. Me being a contractor I wanted to check that everything is installed to the package so I can get the warranty . The work looks great They six nailed all my shingles and ice and water my hole roof for a small upgrade price that was very reasonable. They covered my whole driveway, protected all my bushes and did not break or tear up anything. I just want to say thank you and I will send many people as I can your way.
